1. The Network Agreement
Grind is a platform owned and operated by XCUXION OPS. By accessing our portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, which govern the relationship between the Network and its Independent Sales Representatives ('Reps') and Business Partners.
2. Independent Contractor Status
All Reps joined to the Grind network are Independent Contractors. There is no employer-employee relationship between Xcuxion and any Rep. Reps are responsible for their own tax obligations under the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) guidelines and are not entitled to benefits beyond earned commissions.
3. Commissions & Payouts
Commissions are earned strictly on verified successful sales or milestones as defined by the respective Business Partner. Payouts are processed via Paystack and disbursed to registered Mobile Money (MoMo) accounts or Bank accounts in Ghana Cedis (GHS). Xcuxion reserves the right to hold funds in escrow for verification purposes.
4. Ethical Conduct & Anti-Fraud
The integrity of the network is paramount. Submission of fake leads, misrepresentation of products, or collusion with prospects to trigger commissions will result in immediate termination of the account and forfeiture of all pending earnings. We cooperate with the Ghana Police Service and relevant authorities on cases of financial fraud.
5. Intellectual Property
All training materials, playbooks, and scripts provided via the Grind Academy are the exclusive property of Xcuxion or its partners. Unauthorized distribution or copying of these assets is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Xcuxion provides the platform 'as is'. While we strive for excellence, we are not liable for any loss of earnings due to technical downtime or the failure of a Business Partner to fulfill their obligations, though we will act as a mediator in good faith.
